Action Steps

  • Apply to the feet and/or chest at night
  • Use with a bit of carrier as a post-pedicure cuticle cream/oil
  • Use as a pre-workout invigorator.  Rub on feet or chest before exercising.
  • “Tenting” – bowl of hot water with peppermint and RC, towel over your head and breathe it in
  • Diffuse to create a comforting aroma. Smells amazing when diffused with lemon or peppermint
